Balloch & Haldane Community Council's area encompases the southern end of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.  Our community involvement from the outset has been one of co-operation. Our chair was on the Interim Committee for 18 months in the run up to full National Park Status. The Park has involved B&HCC in all the major events happening here in Balloch and further afield. The National Park HQ has been built at Carrochan Road, Balloch and replaces the temp buildings opposite the railway station.
